We love the look of this brewer! We're excited to use it. Unfortunately, the glass carafe came cracked so we will have to wait for a full review. As daily pour over drinkers, we're excited to have our mornings streamlined a little bit.

Defective Design

The arm that pours the water over the coffee begins to bubble and flake. It is progressively getting worse and I have seen people post about this in the past. Hamilton Beach you need to look at this design, flaw and correct it. Love the machine, but I am standing here and watching pieces of the coating, flake into the coffee grounds. Unsafe.

Unfortunately unable to use it anymore as the carafe has cracked. Until Hamilton Beach sells a replacement carafe (as they should) I cannot use it anymore.

The glass brew basket on the machine came broken, but the machine is high quality. Still waiting on customer service to get back to me about sending me a replacement.
