Fridge was fine while it lasted. Bought it in March 2021, died December 2023. Out of warranty, unable to fix, really disappointing

Received very well packed on a pallet, set it up, waited a few hours and plugged in; can't quite get 76 bottles inside. Am thrilled with the look and quality, holding temps for whites and reds to temp setting (verified with independent thermometer) very pleased, it's pricy and meets my need to keep very pricy wine collection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No way to fit in 76

No matter how you configure it, other than removing all the racks, there is no way to fit in that many bottles. Best case 44 bottles. When i asked customer service they said they had no idea and it would take 2-3 weeks to figure it out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Wine Fridge and Customer Service

Thank you newair for taking care of a problem i experienced with my 76 bottle fridge. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and attention to my problem. I am now back up and running, writing this review as my many bottles chill. I live in Napa, wine country California and have an extensive collection of wines; additionally, i own 5 other (humidors & ice maker's) from newair which all are functioning perfectly. I recommend this unit (newair products) and appreciate their attention to resolving my service needs.

One day it worked, the next day it didn't. If I unplug it and plug it back in the screen lights flash for a brief second and then it goes dark and doesn't work. Was happy with it before that. Now I have to figure out what to do with 50 bottles I've been aging.
