Quiet Operation, Excellent Customer Service

We bought this in Sept 2022 and were very pleased with it. Since we have an open floor plan this unit is close to our living area having a quiet unit is important for us and this fridge is very quiet. We also are pleased with the response when we called customer service with questions. Good product, great customer service.

Love the fridge

Great fridge. Temperature is steady and it's quiet. The dual zone works really well, I monitor the temperature in both zones and it's rock steady and don't interfere. Definitely recommend the fridge if you're looking for one.

Great Addition for Wine Enthusiasts

I gifted myself with this wine fridge when I completed my sommelier certification in 2021. At the time, my existing wine fridge only held 24 bottles. In the pandemic, I started having cases delivered to my house and definitely needed more storage space. I had been looking for a larger wine fridge that wasn't going to take up a whole wall in my house and this size is perfect! It's not too big or too small. I love the dual temperature functionality for reds and whites. Though it will never hold 76 bottles at a time (mostly due to all the different shapes of bottles), it does fit up to 50-60, depending on how the bottles are placed in it. Also, the description of the fridge is accurate, it is absolutely 'Ultra-Quiet' and hardly makes any noise at all. If you are a wine lover that likes to hold onto bottles and store them properly, I would highly recommend this one!

Amazing Dual Zone Performance

I use the upper area for my sparkling wines and it holds a very cold temperature, while on the bottom I store red wines at a much warmer temperature. The performance of this Temperature controlled appliance meets all my wine needs. I own three of them and can't be happier with the quality of my purchase. The 76 bottle is just the right size for me too. One of them is dedicated 100% for my White Burgundy Collection. The other one stores 100% red wine at the perfect temperature. A very nice feature is a water reservoir located behind the unit, near the compressor. The water helps to keep the inside of the fridge with the right amount of humidity for the wooden racks and corks to not dry and crack. It looks cool as well, specially with the lights on. Definitely recommend this NewAir appliance for keeping the wines in perfect condition. If you care enough for your wine storage, this is the way to do it. Amazing value! It overdelivers for the price.

Been looking for a wine fridge for sometime and this particular fridge has great styling on the outside with temperature readings lit up nicely on the front. The inside LED lights give this unit such a nice glow through the front glass. It has front and rear storage on each shelf which helps to maximize the space in this fridge.
