To store all my cigars I don't know what I would change right now I seen you did a lot of changes from what I've seen on YouTube ,because I just got the newair 840 I will do a follow up as I get to use it.What I do know one thing customer service is top notch I had a problem with my Newair 840 and they got right on it and sent me another one. Great service, and Great product is what I look for
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very thankful for the quick responses from the support team. It seems I have a defective unit keeping the humidity from reaching a desired 68-70RH. Alai in support is working with me to replace broken unit and is extremely responsive! It also appears they listen to their customer feedback on the product because my unit DID NOT have the shelf dividers which is AWESOME. Thank you support team for making this customer happy again :)

Finally a humidor that has it all. NewAir really knocked it out of the park with this one. Do your self a favor and purchase this humidor. NewAir listen to past complaints from customers and addressed all issues with previous models. This is truly a set it and forget it humidor that really looks nice in any room you would choose to put it in. The customer service with this company is also exemplary. An excellent Humidor

I love this product. I live in a dry climate and getting a humidor that will hold humidity is hard, and even harder to keep it cool in the summers. This humidor solved all those problems.
