Love this humidor!!

The is my second Newair humidor - they both work great and I still have them both. I needed the 840 because my previous one was not large enough for my growing collection. The 840 works as well or better than advertised. Fan is not too loud, temperature and humidity control is accurate. I would highly recommend this humidor and would visit Newair for any product that they sell - not just a humidor! As far as customer service - I could not be happier! I needed a part and they were quick and responsive it was sent to me quickly and even provided me with installation instructions and told me to reach back to them if I need help with install or anything else. Thank You Elizabeth she was AWESOME!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The 840 Humidor is a decent product itself but if you ever need parts be prepared for delays & frustrations beyond what you could imagine. I wanted a couple parts they said were in stock. It was a nightmare to get the order together & even just to pay for it because of a glitch in their system. Finally I got it payed, even paid extra for 2 day shipping. A week later with several emails & several phone calls they still hadn't shipped. As a vacation was coming up & I wasn't going to be home I just cancelled the order. I won't even try to order again after I get back. Next time I need a humidor I will go with a different brand. Hopefully you will never need any mechanical parts for your humidor as your cigars will likely be ruined before they get you what you need.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not good at all

Humidity was all over the place. I've used Boveda for years and it's been fine in keeping things stable, but when used in this unit it fluctuated from 95% -60%. Needless to say, some gunk started to form on the cigars. Really not worth the risk at all.
