Best NewAir Humidor Yet

I recently received this unit and have since seasoned it and started to store cigars. So far, so good. This thing is packed with features. The lighting throughout is a nice cosmetic touch, and the overall design is very sleek and attractive. I love the new built-in humidity system and redesigned control panel. I've used two other NewAir units in the past with great results, but this thing just feels more polished and complete than anything they've sold prior. I will be publishing an update via video review (CutLightSmoke on YouTube) in a few weeks once I've had time to fully evaluate functionality. It's nice to see a larger wineador in the NewAir family. So far it’s been a month Humidity is off from the set point like 5 points. Wish it had two more sliding shelves in it as there’s no way 840 sticks will fit in it. I did purchase two extra “drawers” thinking they were the shelves Not a big deal as I like having extra parts. Temp is very stable 3 Govee tiles in it all spot on

Have had this about 2 weeks and it's fantastic! The only complaint I have from keeping this 5 stars is that it's very noisy. Fan noise, gurgling noises, and an odd clicking. Unfortunately the only spot I can keep this is in my bedroom so that part is taking some getting used to. As for functionality I couldnt ask for more. Holds RH and temp right where I want it. Just wish the unit was much quieter.

Awesome! After first two weeks, temp and humidity settled right in - holding at 70/70. I like that you can set the humidity too. Two minor complaints - cant see readouts without bending down (old man problems), and hard to tell how filled the water reservoir is. But they say it holds 52 ounces. Could probably use an extra shelf too as there's plenty of space.

As instructed, once arrived, I let it sit for 24hrs prior to turning it on. Once I did turn it on the next day, I spent the next 48hrs seasoning all the drawers via wiping them down with distilled water several times and running the unit on 75% humidity. Day 4, loaded all my sticks and I dropped the humidity level to 66% on the unit. I’ve noticed 4hrs in, all 3 of my calibrated hygrometers were reading 56% humidity. So, again I set the unit to max, 75% humidity and left it over night. Now all my hygrometers are reading 65/66%. Which is perfect, but there’s a 10% difference what the unit is reading and what the actual humidity is. Furthermore, the unit is constantly running. It’s turns off for about a minute and turns back on, as constantly trying to adjust temp or humidity. Not sure if the unit is faulty or they’re designed to work that way.

Just received my unit. It was well packed, build quality is very good and looks great. I wish the shelf dividers were adjustable rather than fixed in place. So far so good!
