Great Small Chainsaw

I gave had my 10" saw for more than a year. It cuts well and the battery life is acceptable. I purchased an extra battery so I could cut longer.

Perfect Size!!!!

I bought this a month ago and it is the best chain saw I've ever owned. I use it for gardening and trimming small branches around my 1 acre lot. I only wish I knew about it years ago!!!!!

I bought this for my 80 year old mom. The battery lasted much longer than I expected and I was surprised how well it cut even larger pieces. The one drawback is that the battery is difficult to remove from the saw when it is time to recharge - almost impossible for my mom to do herself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We apologize for the issue you've experienced with the battery compartment. The battery does require a firm pull to release. You may need to push the battery back in slightly to release the tension, then pull down on the battery lock tab; the battery should then pop up. If the battery has been properly aligned with the rails, you should be able to remove it without issues. I hope this helps.

I am a 75 year old woman, and it is light enough for me to work with it. Also, I never did anything with a chain saw before it came, so was a bit nervous, but no reason was found to continue being fearful!!
