False Advertising CHARGERS ARE NOT THE SAME

The green charger shown in the pictures is not the charger we received. We were sent a cheaper black charger; we were not pleased with this bait and switch tactic.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old gas powered chainsaw (high end brand) that kept having issues starting. Decided to try the Greenworks 40V 16" Chainsaw. I have used it on a few trees around the yard and it's worked great! Note the chainsaw won't work if the kickbar is back. If it won't start, make sure the kickbar is in the forward position. Only issue I have is that it's not oiling the chain. Doesn't appear to be any serviceable parts. I don't use it often so didn't note it right away. Hopefully, Greenworks backs up their products and I can bump this review to a 5. Will provide a follow up review. We have the Greenworks electric power washer and my wife loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently after a storm to help me clear some downed trees. It honestly worked a lot better than I was expecting. I was concerned it wouldn’t work well compared to a gas operated chainsaw but I was wrong! We were able to get the downed tree off the fence in no time!
