Disappointing

I have an older 24v pole saw (20102) and none of these 24v batteries fit.
Disappointed that Greenworks does not support their older products.

Won't Charge!

I just purchased this new battery (Model# 2949702AZ) and it won't charge. Charger continues to blink red after 3 hours of attempting to charge. I replaced the original battery that was only 1.5 years old with this new purchase. The old battery was doing the same thing and now this BRAND NEW battery won't charge either.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Cabo. The difficulties you are experiencing with the Greenworks 24v charger are apologized for. Please try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. Ensure the battery is firmly seated by applying firm, steady pressure during connection. After attempting the troubleshooting tip and, the problem persists. We recommend contacting our customer support team for assistance with properly submitting a warranty claim.
