Normally use desktops. Like this machine. Connectivity is limited, but get around that. Nice size, Human interfaces. Want to know how to open it and troubleshoot issues. Good product

Hardware issues

I really like the form factor of the laptop, the light weight and touch screen. It has adequate power for what I want to do. However, now it's out of warranty, the laptop freezes at random times. I've replaced thermal paste and the SSD, but the system keeps on freezing at random times, after between 1 and 15 hours use..
Once it has frozen all I can do is hit the power button. The machine usually freezes again within a few minutes --- even if I boot into the UEFI BIOS.
