Warranty ran out so did computer

Computer was used very little and taken care of, only lasted a little over a year. Screen flickers, it might turn on might not, freezes, and unpredictable. Computer cost too much to only last until the warranty runs out.

Great computer

This is one great computer. IT is very light and very, very fast. The screen is bright and crisp. Best computer I have ever owned.
The claims that it does not have a TPM 2 chip and as such not capable of running Win 11 are completely bogus. I have verified it has the chip and it is operating correctly. Furthermore, I just got a notice from Microsoft update that my computer was compatible with Win 11 and that I would be getting the update soon.

This laptop has a touch screen with plenty of ports and the fact that it's so nice and thin is a sure bonus. I found it amazing that I could open it with one finger. It's great to type on and in the lap it's not annoying to use. The fact that it has plenty of ports to make sure you can get connected to attachments is rare. Did I mention that it has Alexa built in. I love that feature so I don’t need to use my echo dot. I like to use it for games but only a couple but I mainly use it for web browsing. Battery life was great even with it being super thin and light. Screen was Amazing with the quality of things showing up crisp. This is pretty much a dream laptop.

I've had my 15.6" LG Gram for about a week and a half now and it is so lightweight it honestly feels like it's a toy! The screen is touchscreen and I did not have to adjust the sensitivity to have it work. The set up was easy and Alexa integrated into the OS was a nice surprise. My favorite part of the laptop so far has been the fingerprint recognition/power button. I have moved my thumb in every kind of angle and so far has read it easily, logging me in. I highly recommend this laptop to everyone! The processing speed is amazing, and my favorite is the charging cable is a type C, so nothing too complicated to replace if ever needed. Cat next to laptop for scale.

My prerequisites were for it to have at least 32gb ram, 1tb ssd, and touchscreen. I looked for a long time. I finally found it in this laptop. As an added feature, this laptop is extremely light. So whats the catch? It has everything you could want right? It has thunderbolt 4 connectivity, Bluetooth, a number pad, touchscreen, super fast ram, ssd, what else could you want? Well the screen is only 1920x1080 resolution. Thats blu ray quality but not 4k. I think it will output 4K quality to an external screen though. Thats the only con I can think of in this laptop. The Battery is a beast and since its not a 4k screen, the battery should last a long time. I've had this laptop for 3 days and I haven't charged it yet. I was hesitant about this laptop because it is so light and has all the power....I thought the fan might be an issue. Well the fan is not an issue. The laptop doesn't get that hot, and the fan comes on minimally, and when it does it is super quiet. So far I am pleasantly surprised on how fast this laptop is. Loading seriously takes like 2 seconds at the most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using and traveling with this computer for a couple of months now. It is lightweight, has a touch screen and is incredibly fast. It has done everything I have asked of it, word processing, streaming videos, tv shows and movies, playing games like Civilization V and VI. The screen color is amazing. I like the fingerprint security. It has just the right amount of ports of the type I need. At home I put it on a pedestal and use a wireless mouse and keyboard for a very comfortable computer station with the screen at eye level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
