This set is all you need for perfect prep. The Zwilling Four Star line is quality construction. The German made forged steel blades are very strong and sharp. The handle material is very comfortable to hold. The offset design makes them great for working with on both the cutting board and in hand. The straight blade is perfect for herb and vegetable prep. The serrated one is great for tomatoes, citrus and anything else with a thicker/tougher exterior and soft inside. With these two you will get great results.

Great medium sized knives. Really sharp (just ask my thumb). Comfortable handle. The serrated knife is great on bread as well as tomatoes. Good all purpose knives.
