A marvelous pot for every cooking need — soups, roasting, baking, braising, etc. The compact size of this model fits perfectly on my 6 burner cooktop. And it cleans up easily without overnight soaking or repeated scrubbing. I’m donating my other Dutch ovens to a resale shop for a nonprofit organization!
