Great-looking but developed spot after 1 use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking kettle. Happy inner layer is all stainless steel. However a spot developed on the rim right after 1 use. Hope it doesn't get bigger. Based on previous reviews, warranty process seems too unfriendly for me to try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent kettle, but fun colours please!
