I love this set! It comes with two very useful knives! The Four Star line has a great light weight feel. The handles are non slip when wet.

What a great deal for these 2 great knives you will use for so much! Even one would be worth the price. The Rocking Santoku is great for all those veggies and that rocking motion and I use the prep for so much that others might even use a Chef knife for. They retain their sharpness well and are strong and durable to last.

Two Great Additions for your block

This set provides you with two great knives that come in handy. The rocking Santoku will become a favorite because it can handle anything your favorite Chef's knife can do plus it has hollow pockets on the edge to help keep food from sticking as you slice. The prep knife is a bit bigger than a paring knife to feel great for apples, carrots, celery, raw or cooked meat, cheese...basically everything! Nice and sharp, lightweight with comfortable handles. The forged bolster keeps your fingers clear of the cutting edge.

This is such a great combo. Both of these knives have a great, lighter weight handle with a very durable, sharp blade. I love that the santoku is rocking. It allows you so much more movement and flexibility than a traditional santoku.

As a seasoned cook its not often I find a knife I dont have. This set has two and they are amazing. First of all they are made by Zwilling so quality German craftsmanship and forged German steel blades are a given. Their classic Four Star design has such a comfortable feel. The Prep knife is awesome it gives me knuckle clearance that I dont get from my pairing knife and is great for all my small jobs. The rocking santoku is truly unique. The thin blade gives such thin slices. The shape really glides across my cutting board making quick work of all my cutting needs.
