[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love grill pans and have wanted a Staub for a while now. I was gifted mine for Christmas and used it right away! It’s much better than the grill pan I had been using. Love everything Staub- well worth it!

The Staub pure grill, offers all the benefits of the traditional grill pan eliminating some of the weight and bulk. Great heat retention, gets hot enough for a perfect sear on a hamburger, steaks, and hotdogs. Love using for spatchcock chicken, and chicken parts in the oven. Can withstand high temperatures, and gets skin nice and crispy.

Perfect for pannini making too!
The grates are wide enough apart for easy clean up.

Great grill, perfect size

I love this grill especially for doing fish or shrimp in the oven. It's the perfect size for meals for two, and it is low profile and easy to store. We ordered matte black and were pleased to find that the bottom is glazed with a pretty smooth teal so this can be used on our induction stovetop without worry of scratching the glass top.
