Great grill pan and the size is perfect for extra grilling space on top of the stove. I like to take is grill pan camping as well and place it over the coals for bacon in the morning, or steaks in the evening. Not too big and not too small.

Use this grill on any cooking surface, including induction, up to 500F. The grill groves are deep, the benefit, your meat sits above the fat not in it. Much healthier way to grill. Beautiful cherry color is a beautiful addition to any table, remember cook you meal in the Staub pan and then serve.

The heat capability of this grill is amazing - heats up quickly, evenly and retains heat all through the cooking surface. Use it inside on any cooking surface or out on the BBQ. The black matte finish produces beautiful searing and browning. I love to use this for grilling red potatoes and any kind of vegetable.

The interior of this grill has Staub's famous black matte finish which produces amazing heat capability. The grill pan has deep groves which act as a double benefit - perfect grill marks and indirect heat to help cook your food with out drying out. The grill can with stand temperatures up to 500F and be used on any cooking surface.

I have a smallish apartment so space is always an issue. This grill is the perfect size. I love the two side handles rather than a long one. It makes storage easy with leaving plenty of cooking surface. The enameled cast iron cleans real easy even after burning on some foots. I love the attractive colors and the French craftsmanship.

Love the design on this pure grill. Not quite as heavy as some of the other cast iron grills, but gets nice and hot and makes nice clean grill marks. The double handles make it easy to get on and off the stovetop, as well as in an out of the oven. Cleans up fast and easy, use this for everything almost daily.

Love the pure grill. The double handles on each side, makes it so easy to handle, as well as the lighter weight. Cooks just as well as the heavier styles, great heat retention, and perfect grill marks. Can be used on the stove top as well as in the oven. Love to butterfly a whole chicken, and roast in the oven, cooks in no time! Perfect for apartment and condo living, does so much and takes up hardly any space.
