The Staub grill has deep crevices so not only do you get beautiful sear marks but you also get the benefit of indirect heat from the bottom of the pan. You can also add a liquid for flavor and it wont' interfere with the top of the grill peaks.

Raining outside, no worries! I use this indoors as much as I use on the grill outdoors. Grilled vegetables, meats, breads come out perfectly on this grill pan. The cast iron heats quickly and retains the heat for perfectly cooked dishes every time. This is one of my go-to pans in my kitchen lineup.

Great Grill Pan

This grill pan makes for perfect grilled vegetables; zucchini, asparagus, tomato halves, portabellas, etc. I frequently use for doing my entire meal when dining solo. Simply place beef, chicken, or fish alongside vegetables and only have the one pan to clean.

Wow!! What a deal!! while you are at it, get a splash guard. You will need it!! this is a perfect grill pan for high heat searing of meats and fish! you will also enjoy this pan for moderate heat items such as panini and grilled cheese!!

I like to use my dark blue pure grill a lot in the colder months when our outdoor grill has been winterized. Our burgers, asparagus or steak always make us dream about summer while the pan achieves the grill marks and texture we desire. It is a little bit more tedious to clean but worth it to get greasy because it seasons the pan further every time we use it.

Great round grill

This is such a great round grill and I absolutely love using it. I don’t have an outdoor grill, but this Staub round grill brings the outdoor grill inside. Whether it’s getting those amazing lines on a steak, to grilling pineapple to chicken and veggies, or even making paninis, the grills of the pan do a fantastic job of heating up and grilling your food thoroughly. Love that since it’s enameled, I don’t have to season it after I use it.

Zwillling knives do not disappoint. Made in Germany with premium steel. The perfect recipe for a paring knife. Definately an over worked knife in our kitchen.

I bought this Staub 10" grill pan 2 years ago. Its steady, even heat distribution, for a home cooked grilled steak and salmon, it is the most moist, tender and perfectly cooked dish. Added side vegetables and herbs! A cast iron perfect for day-to-day use and be passed from generation to generation.
