Perfect, year-round

This pure grill has been a great gift to give (and even better to receive!). This little grill is enticing because it allows you to grill inside during the winter but it's also safe to go on the grill outside! You can put your asparagus or shrimp or anything smaller/thinner on this grill without having to worry about them falling through grates. Get the same affect without sacrificing your food to the fire! Though a little more tedious to clean, just remember every time you use it, you are just seasoning that awesome cast iron a little bit more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful pan! No pre-seasoning nonsense. As instructed in the care booklet, took it out of the package, rinsed the pan well. Dried with a paper towel and allowed to air dry a couple of hours. Used a touch of oil before grilling steakburgers the day I received the grill pan. Great results. Cooked beautifully. Allowed pan to cool, then soaked with warm water and a bit of dish soap for a few minutes. Clean up was much easier than regular cast iron. So glad I finally bought Staub!

I saw this grill at my daughter's house and knew I wanted one of my own. It did an excellent job on my daughter's potato pancakes. At home we love to grill sausages. It is so easy to clean and is so attractive, we keep it on my large Garland stove.

Handy grill pan when it's too cold to heat up the grill outside. Meat and veggies turn out so well. Beautiful grill marks. Easy to clean. Soak in soapy water, left behinds come right off.

Use this beautiful cherry grill indoors and out! Pretend its summer during the cold months as you get the perfect grill marks on your burgers or steak. Or take this right out to your grill outside during the summer to char up those smaller and thinner foods without worrying about them falling through the grates. Though this grill can be tedious to clean, remember every time you use it, your food is adding more delicious seasoning to the cast iron interior!
