Great Deep Set of Italian Pans!

The Duraslide granite surface is repeatedly ranked high. The deepness is nice to have as it reduces splatter. Handles do not overheat. made in Italy.

Great non-stick set

I love how these pans are especially deep compared to many other frying pans. Because of the high sides, I can make a large stir fry without worrying that the food will spill over the edge. The handles are made out of plastic, so they always stay cool on the stove. Clean us is very easy because of the non-stick nature. I can just wipe it out and rinse with water.

great deep pans

I love the design of these pans. The deep walls make them great for stirring and tossing. The nonstick coating is great. It is metal utensil safe so I dont need to worry about what tools I am using. The handles are very comfortable to hold. Its hard to find a good nonstick pan that is induction capable. These do a great job. They heat quickly and evenly.

I love he high sides of the pan. The non stick is the best I’ve used. I only wish that the handle was metal and could withstand higher oven heat.

No Rivets!

These pans deliver in many ways. They are very well priced, and made in Italy. The non-stick coating is PFOA free, and is extremely resillent. Metal utensil and dishwasher safe. The higher sides allow for shallow frying, sauteing, and braising. Indicator light on the handle lets you know when it is hot enough to cook in, and cool enough to start cleaning, which eliminates pan wrapping. A lot for a little!

Finally a non-stick pan that delivers. In the past I've excepted the fact non-stick pans last temporarily and needed to be replaced every few years. This two piece Madura set is the exception. Thankfully they remain non-stick even after two years of steady use. Love that I can use any utensil with the coating because it is strong enough to resist scratching and the coating does not lift off.
The pans are nice and lightweight, yet heats up fast and evenly. Clean up is a breeze, can even be thrown in the dishwasher without consequences. Just added an 8" to complete my collection.
