I absolutely love my Italian made Madura deep fry pans. This five layer nonstick fry pan is amazing and really releases the food so well. I like that even though this is a fry pan, it can be used as a saute pan thanks to it being deep; this makes such a difference when cooking, I wish all fry pans were deep! It can get a nice sear on meat which is not always something you can get with nonstick pans. It has a great weight to it, and I love that the pan doesn’t have rivets. I use this everyday, I love the size of the 11” and it still looks like new after owning it for two years. I loved it so much, I bought this for my dad and he loves it too.

The best pans out there! Love the nonstick and the way everything comes out amazing! If you are looking for new pans, you found them. These pans are very well made and are a bit heavy . They also wash well by hand but can go in the dishwasher . I ordered two more frying pans of the same line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This non stick coating is wonderful. Even metal utensils don't damage it. Also it's dishwasher safe. Best of all it's NOT MADE IN CHINA. Very difficult to find this quality.

It is are exceptionally durable and has innovative 3-layer DuraSlide granite nonstick coating, 40 times more durable than traditional PTFE coatings and PFOA-free. Perfect to sauteed a delicious recipe', egg frying and omelettes, pancakes, and best size for stir frying food. It is metal utensils safe for it's a unique plasma primer base provides the ultimate scratch resistance. Sturdy forged aluminum offers excellent heat distribution and retention for perfect searing, browning and even cooking. Handle is ergonomically design, and stays cool.
