Great set of 2 fry pans - made in Italy from aluminum and have stay-cool handles. Aluminum is a great heat conductor, so heats evenly and distributes heat well throughout pan. Granite non-stick coating so you never have to scrub. Easy clean and ready for use.

Perfect duo! These fry pans are made from forged aluminum construction and have excellent heat retention. Its heats up quickly and evenly. The coating on the pan is called Duraslide and yes everything slides right out of them. We use the 8" almost exclusively for eggs but anything goes in the 10". The pans are even oven safe up to 300F, perfect for keeping a meal warm.

Less splatter with tall sides

The Madura forged aluminum fry pans are among my favorite non stick pans. I have several non stick and I find myself reaching for these first because of the tall sides and the great granite coating that is super durable. Clean up is a breeze especially since the handles are welded on so no interior rivets to catch fried on food that needs to be scrubbed off.

I love these non stick frying pans. They are deep so it limits the amount of splatter you have outside of the pan, and therefore, less clean up!

I love these pans and have said for years that they cook like a cast iron pan, but without the weight. That is due to the aluminum pan construction and aluminum is an excellent heat conductor and retains the heat perfectly as well. This nonstick coating is 40 times more durable than most coatings and you can use metal utensils! Love these and still using them today.

Perfect set for all your frying needs large and small. These pans are so lightweight but they brow and fry like a cast iron pan. The clean up is so easy due to the coating that is 40 times more durable that most other coatings. Heat is conducted easily and distributed evenly, making this one of the best nonstick fry pans I have.
