White is such a clean pure color

Love the white in an ALL white kitchen. I too noticed some white enamel one the black enamel. I did some research and found that because these pieces are hand enameled one at a time, some of the white enamel dust lands on the black. Because the colors are such a contrast, it's more obvious than with the darker colors. So to me it's authentic and part of the craftsmanship

This beautiful French oven makes for a stunning cooking vessel and decorative piece in the kitchen. The unique shape of the lid reveals the signature Staub self-basting spikes beneath when lifted. The enameled cast iron coating is ideal for browning and searing, but works for any number of delicious recipes for 2-4 people.

Perfect for either wedding gift or housewarming!

It is perfect for a family of 4. It does make a difference food taste wise, efficiency-saves gas and you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table without the need to use another dish.
Customers usually grab these white for wedding gift ideas, housewarming or for a person who loved clean and neutral ambiance. I also bought a staub cast iron trivet to protect my table from direct heat.

Everything to love and nothing to not like! This Staub beauty is one to pass down to your children once you want a new color or shape! The white color looks great on any stove and the self-basting spikes are simply the best! Every dish comes out moist and flavorful!

This is a great sized pot for every kitchen. Use it for all of those meat and sauce dishes.
I love to make chicken mole in this pot. The chistera lid really keeps the chicken basted and the mole sauce stays thick and flavorful without any reduction happening through steam release. Lift the lid to a perfectly cooked dish every time.
