[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the appearance. It's not bulky or takes up much space. Black slim design which fits neatly on counter next to any other appliance. I don't have to put it away after use.
Functions perfectly and quietly. I've had toasters in the past with LCD screen, loud beeping alert when items are almost ready or larger than it should be.

I love the look of this toaster and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. It has easy to use features like a defrost button and a bagel button. It’s toasts pretty evenly, too! My only complaint is it gets hot on the outside, which is not a feature found on other products that are part of this line like the kettle. Overall though this is a solid product.

This is a fine toaster. Some reviews complain about its size, but I find it to be slim and sleek and its extra height allows bread to actually fit in the slots without sticking out. The toaster is easy to use, though I agree that the buttons are hard to see unless the machine is right in front of you. Most importantly, it toasts reliably and as even as one would expect for the price point. I also love the separately sold bread warmer for the top. I don't have a toaster oven due to counter space constraints, so this really gives me additional function without taking up more space.
