[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it looks in my kitchen. It is a bit longer than my older toaster but the built is sturdy and matte finish looks very premium. About the function of the toaster it does a good job in toasting first 2 toasted and then the heat level for some reason reduces. So if I toast my bread at level 4 or 5 the first toast is mostly done the best. And then it takes longer to get to the right crisp. On other occasion I saw that the bread got burnt when I tried to increase the temperature after the first use. So it’s just getting use to the setting. It’s not a deal breaker for me but something you might want to keep in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super sleek toaster but so big!! It takes up a lot of counter space. If you already have some appliances on your counter or have a small kitchen I would get a different one.

It has pretty standard selections in terms of browning, bagel vs toast, and a crumb tray. It is bigger than I expected, but I could have read the dimensions! Either way, I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to think a toaster was a toaster ….put the bread in, push the button…wait… until I had a maddening experience with a cuisinart. It was cute and I trusted that brand…but it didn’t last.
Enter Zwilling. Firstly, I’m obsessed with this black matte finish. I looks amazing in my kitchen…understated but stylish. Functionality … it does the job well the first time around and toasts appropriately for the level it’s at. Who’d have thought…an appliance with settings that actually do what they’re suppose to. I seriously feel like I’ve fallen and bumped my head over my affection for this thing.
So happy I’ve found this brand… would buy it again but something says this will last a good while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When the toaster pops your toast I can see electrical shock within the toaster as if the electrical complements are cheap or not tightly connected. I fear a fire..

Even my 20 year old son commented! I love the wide slots and the Frozen and Bagel options. Wonderful value too. Other quality brands sell for twice the price!
