Perfect balance, awesome to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are incredibly well made, as expected from Zwilling. They're perfectly balanced, the handle material is comfortable and easy to care for, and the edges are super sharp. The easy half-bolster makes it simple to use a professional pinch-grip when chopping, something the Pro S series doesn't do as well. These are a true professional's choice. Also, with all knives, the real test isn't how sharp they are at first (everything will be, even cheap ones) but how long they hold that edge and how easy it is to put it back. Time will tell on that, but I know this allow has a reputation for being great in both cases.

The acacia block is beautiful and the knives are just what you would expect. There’s a reason why these knives are the standard for high quality, long lasting knives. I look forward to having these for many years to come.

Zwilling Pro Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the feel of slanted bolster. It allow my hand to feel more comfortable while using it. I do wish the 7” blade of the chef’s knife were a 1/2 inch deeper at the bolster to better accommodate my grip. I think I may have preferred a 8 or 9 inch knife but this is what came in the set. (Zwilling, please let me know if that is a possibility). I do appreciate the sharpness for slicing. It makes it almost effortless. The paring knife is a dream to use as the accuracy and deftness that one can maintain is phenomenal.
