Block Perfection

This block has everything knife you need in a kitchen. Pro knives are made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime, and that's their warranty - lifetime. The bolster is curved and perfect to hold with pinch grip. The knives are also ice hardened which translates to the blade starting sharp and staying sharper longer.

This is by far my favorite German knife line. It is perfect! From the comfortable handle, to curved bolster, to the sharp yer durable blade. These knives are as close to perfect as you will get. Not to mention, this set has a great arrangement in a pretty Acacia block.

The Pro knife line is the best I've ever used because all of the details have been thought through with the precision you expect from German engineering.The handle is so comfortable that I can cut large amounts of food without getting fatigued and the curved bolster makes it easy to use the correct grip on the knife. I love that this block has space to grow so that I can get more knives as I figure out which ones I need.

Easily sits on even smallest countertops, this Zwilling premium German stainless set still has the essentials... Chefs, bread, paring and prep. Tough handle has angled bolster for ease of pinch grip...also no-stain/chip steel.

I really like the Zwilling Pro line. The German made forged German stainless steel blades are super sharp and hold their edge. I love the curved bolster. It really encourages me to hold the knives properly making them an extension of my arm. I find I get much more accurate slices this way. The curve on the front of the chefs knife makes slicing a dream. The block is made just for these knives. They nestle in perfectly. Im glad there are open slots for me to expand my collection.
