Beautiful knives and cut wonderfully

I’ve had this set for a week now and absolutely love it. It’s high quality and cuts very easily and cleanly. World of improvement from my old knife sets.

Bought this set for my wife for our anniversary. When she opened the box, she was amazed on the beauty of the wood block. The weight of each knife is absolutely perfect, and I am amazed on how well balanced they are. Forge blades are the way to go. Money well spent as these will be a long-time investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautifully crafted, and the swept-back bolster allows for excellent control and feel. I've had a Professional S chef's knife for 22 years and it still works well to this day. These newer blades are lighter and the spine is a little thinner, but technology - and blade making - moves on after a couple decades. Once I got used to the new weight and slightly different blade profile, they glide along beautifully.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The knives are very durable and arrive perfectly sharped and ready to use. The knife block is a beautiful statement piece on the counter to both showcase your cutely and keep them safe. There are extra slots in the block to fit your favorite knives as you expand your collection.

This knife set is very sharp and useful for every type of cooking. It is also aesthetically pleasing. I wouldn’t recommend washing it in a dishwasher even though it’s dishwasher safe because I ruined my previous set after the dishwasher made it dull.
