Beautiful and Razor Sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a Professional “S” 5 1/4”” hollow edge Santoku for the past 13 years as my “daily driver” and was ready to add a larger selection of knives to my quiver. This set does not disappoint and is beautiful as well especially with the acacia block! I love the ergonomic pinch grip on the Pro series. I also have a Pro 7” Rocking Santoku on the way since my older one doesn’t have the same pinch grip. I really like the feel of the 8” chefs knife but wanted something a little smaller and lighter for more everyday tasks.
I would recommend this to a friend!
