Elegant looking and VERY Sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives are good looking and have a great edge. The only thing I am a bit disappointed about is that they are thinner than my older Wustoff and Henckel knives. It seems like they are using less steel to cut cost, but I prefer to pay more than cut quality.
