Like my other Staub cookware, this 4 litre cocotte is a quality addition to my cooking implements. It is the perfect size for the one pot dinner for two. I love how the substantial bottom heats evenly and maintains the temperature to allow for even browning and even cooking. I love the look of this pot on my stove even when it isn’t cooking. It is a decorative addition as well as a functional pot and great value for the money. I love telling my friends about my great cookware when I get complemented on my meals.

LOVE THIS COCOTTE!! The only bad thing is when you bake it in the oven it gets some black marks on it that you need to scrub off. It’s so beautiful though and makes soups taste amazing.
