A beautiful piece that may just have to sit our on the stove. I tried the no-knead bread in it first & am quite impressed, though I have never done bread in a dutch oven, so have nothing to compare it to. This will be a go to pot for me, as I love the size.

I have made bread and dinners in this so far, and have been so happy with its performance. Looking forward to using it more, and I have already ordered a larger size.
