Love, Love These Cocottes

These pots are the best! I use them constantly for a wide variety of cooking. Soups and stews, and deep frying and oven roasting. The 4qt is my go-to for making bread. I have larger sizes for cooking so that I can count on leftovers for my husband.
They are easy to clean; a little Bar Keepers Friend and a scrubby sponge and everything comes off, good as new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this cocotte for my daughter. It is great for people just starting to cook in cast iron and the turquoise color really pops.

The Perfect Cast Iron

This is the perfect size for me and my husband. I can brown a roast, which it does beautifully and finish in the oven...cooked to perfection. It's also great for side dishes, especially rice. The "dimples" on the lid make a perfect rice every time.

This is one of the best purchases in my kitchen! Versatile, sturdy, even-cooking, self-basting, easy-cleaning, color is beautiful! The cost may be a little higher for a good Staub cast-iron cocotte, but well worth every penny!
