The knives are balanced and lightweight so it makes prepping ingredients a breeze. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for quality cutlery for their kitchen.

My girlfriend recent starting cooking very involved recipes that require cutting fresh vegetables, chicken, spices, etc…. This knife set aids her in the kitchen. I like how the Knife self-sharpening block looks on my kitchen counter.

Best knife set I’ve ever owned!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for these knives since last year. I have been a home cook for many years and I have never owned a good knife set. Since watching all the top Chef shows, I realised that my cheap knives were not cutting it ( no pun intended) I look forward to all the tips for taking care of my knives and how to sharpen them the right way. I now understand why quality is better and you get what you pay for. No more hacked up prime rib roast this Christmas. No more trying to cut an onion and it rolls off the cutting board. Thank you!
