Good, but Thin

Good, sharp knives but they are thin. In fact they are thinner than my Amazon Basics knife set. The self sharpening block is a great addition.

Bang for your buck!

This knife swt is excellent. It is the bang-for-the-buck is unbeatable. The knife selection is great, and even the kitchen shears are amazing. Thw steak knives cut just as well as the chef's knife or Santoku, and the bread knife actually cuts (rather than just smashing loaves). I received this set as a gift and it is by far the best gift I've ever received, and have been LOOKING for reasons to practice my knife work
