Great toast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Looks great. I wanted a tray crumb like this one has where it pulls completely out. Also wanted it long enough for the artisan style loaves, yet you can put 4 regular slices in if you want. Makes great toast.

Warranty Replacement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster replaced one we bought 6 months ago. Wasn’t toasting properly/evenly. Your support team upon seeing photos supplied replaced it with this one. Only used a half dozen times so far but after some adjustments seems to be working great. We appreciate the quick action taken by the team.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean straightforward design. Replacing a cheaper toaster that started acting up. Like the dedicated bagel and defrost buttons. The crumb tray is mirrored metal so you can see how many crumbs are accumulating.
