Great two long slot toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Accomodates long and thick bread slices such as rustic sourdough. Also handles english muffins well, although sometimes requires two toasting cycles, because one cycle on highest (7) setting is not sufficient for desired toast level. Twice on the (4) setting works perfectly. Don't know if there is a factory timer adjustment which would lengthen toasting time. Not a real problem for us.

Top Notch Toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, this toaster delivers what is its intended purpose...toasted bread. Bread slices and English muffins come out evenly toasted; I have paid even more for a toaster that could not even deliver that. The toaster’s slots easily accommodates even a New York-sized bagel.

Expensive, poor heat uniformity and burnt toast

This thing is HUGE. I thought it was a prank when I opened the box. It matches the rest of the zwilling kitchen items but seems to be of lower quality. The toaster lever mechanisms is grindy and often fails to engage when depressed.
Burns all the toast. Especially if you have a more slender piece of toast, 3" tall or less the top and edges turn black quickly while leaving the middle/bottom soft. We have to watch it like a hawk and take our toast out half way and flip it upside down to prevent burning.
Also when it arrived it smelled awful. I hooked it up outside and did 25 or so level 10 cycles to cook off all the chemicals.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty toaster

Sleeky design and great toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the toaster as I have the kettle as well and i wasnt expecting much because well.. its a toaster. but i just had my first toast and it was toasted throughout with no burns. my old toaster would burn one side and then not properly toasted on the other. no more unevenly toasted toast!

Perfect for artisan bread!
