Great toaster, great service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the matte finish of this toaster and paired it with the cool touch electric kettle and they look great together. I really like the long slots on the toaster which makes it flexible for a lot of different uses. Including wide enough for bagels and then enough for a thin slice of break. As well, the easy buttons for bagel and defrost. I also like being able to click the button and stop toasting early if something browned faster than I anticipated.
In addition to the toaster itself, I have really appreciated the customer service. They have been very easy to contact over the phone and email and even shipped me a replacement when I was having challenges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the nicest looking toasters on the market. It does not get very hot on the outside wish it toasts, which is good. The one thing I would look out for is the smell in the beginning- the toaster has to be set to 7 twice without toast to burn off the initial smell.
