Doesn't toast both sides of bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ability to toast 2 long slices of bread at same time or 4 normal slices of bread at same time. But, the toaster I received does not toast both sides of bread and the elements on the inside do not light up. Will call on Tuesday to find out if the toaster I received is defective or if I need to return it. A toaster that dosn't toast on both sides is useless!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does a great job evenly toasting bread.
Bread toasts quickly. Saves time and keeps the inside of the bread tender under the crisp, toasted surface.
Electrical plug is straight rather than flat, so the cord projects vertically from the wall. This pushes the toaster far from the wall into my counter work space. Easily fixed Zwilling...
Toaster is too large. Much larger than my prior long slot, 4 slice toaster. Even the height is an inch higher than my old toaster. Smaller would be better.
The spring in the handle is too strong. It takes a lot of force to push the toast down.
Love the cancel button in the middle of the adjustment knob.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Zwilling Enfinigy 2-Slice LONG Toaster and absolutely love it. The toaster looks very modern and fits perfectly into my kitchen. The toaster is a little bit bigger than I expected but I am used to it now and actually like it. All functions are self-explanatory and easy to use. The sides get pretty hot after toasting multiple slices, if using highest toasting level, but cool off pretty fast. I would recommend to use the toaster multiple times, on the highest toasting level, without anything in it because the first couple of runs produce a burning chemical smell.

Versatile, great looking toaster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this product is beautiful, the dials are straightforward and it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. We appreciate the long, wide slots for warming slices of long Italian bread, or toasting bagels. Hard to find toasters with long, wide slots. The settings seem on target so far, toasting to the expected darkness without much guesswork.
