[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine does a good job of toasting. The outside doesn't get hot with machine in use. I do not like that I need to heat all four positions when I only have one slice of bread toasting. It is a large toaster with not quite long enough slots. Maybe my bread is just too big.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. The lever needs pushed down harder than one would think. At 1st I thought it was broken. From the pictures I didn't realize the top was white.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great right now..Just got it. We will see how it works after 3 months and do a follow up. The Last toaster I bought was in 1998..this one is to replace it. So I expect Zwilling's Product to last at least as long as the old one
