Very pretty and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, we love the long slots for sourdough bread. And the cool touch was a must. We love the simple controls, it is very intuitive. Other complained the outlet came out the front but it is easy to wrap the cord underneath so it comes out the back.

Beautiful Toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a toaster that would accommodate some of the larger artisanal breads as well as bagels and normal size sliced breads. This long slot toaster seems to be just the right size and shape for that. The matte black is really nice and it fits well in our kitchen. So far, regular toast seems to come out great. We've had a little uneven toasting on the bagels and are still working to find the right setting for those. Overall, much happier with this toaster than others we tried. And it is a beautiful design.

So far I really like this toaster. It toasts evenly on both sides and I really like that longer slices fit nicely. I'm not sure if you raise the toast to see how dark it is and put it back down if it just starts the process over. I did that once as I was setting it up and the toast burned. Guess I better read the instructions. This company's website is horrible.
