Impressive set o knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m impressed with the quality of the handles and metal. I tend to wash my knives by hand so I’m not too worried about any dishwasher concerns. One thing to note is that every knife in this package has some sort of serration either standard or micro. So, the fine chopping of cilantro will have to be done with a non-saturated blade - still the quality of these blades is top notch IMHO.

These Henckels knives are gorgeous and we know they will last at least that long.
