These are soo sharp and I am no longer struggling with cutting through something as simple as a tomato. When we BBQ, cutting the fat off the meat is soo much easier! Best knife set ever!

I went with this brand because of the reputation. So far they have not disappointed. I love how they feel in my hand. They are great weight. Love the selection.
