I had a cheap knives set for years and I was tired of the struggle with cutting a steak. I finally decided to splurge for a higher line of knives. I did my research too, on line. Checking reviews by many other people. I can say this…. This set is worth every penny (quite reasonable) and great quality. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
