Block is weird

Excellent Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned my previous pair of Henckels for 15 years prior to needing the replace them. This set is much more durable, with no screws in the handle. Super sharp too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant about the edge and the idea that you never need to sharpen it but it seems like i was too quick to judge. These knives are super sharp and after 5 days of use, I’ve seen no drop in performance. I love them!
