I contacted Zwilling and their customer support was professional and efficient. They shipped me a brand new product. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this kettle-boils the water super quickly at different temperatures. Also has an option to keep the water warm for up to 30 mins. Very easy to use, excellent quality and bonus point for looking sooo stylish in my kitchen! Would 100% recommend
