Although a life-long gas stove/copper kettle afficinado, I wanted a temperature-controlled kettle specifically for coffee brewing, and I'm all the way impressed with this electric Zwilling! It heats up surprisingly fast to the correct temperature, and I'm a big fan of the touch control panel. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.
