Nicely made, beautiful, but a couple niggles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely appliance which does what it's supposed to -- heat water to a precise temperature. My two minor areas of improvement are the lid, which needs to open further for cleaning and the strange behavior if you choose boiling and set the temperature hold at the outset. If you choose 212 and hold temperature, the kettle never beeps or shuts off. However, if you press the hold temperature by button after the kettle has boiled and beeped, it's fine. Also, no problem when choosing any temperature below boiling.

Clean design, high performance kettle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a 100% stainless or thermo glass kettle with options for different temperatures and keep warm feature. The double walled kettle is safer than most kettles I have seen with these features. One slightly annoying feature is the touch controls - these do not work well if your fingers are wet.

Fancy and reliable

I have a infant and toddler who still like a nice warm bottle so at night I am able to use the bottle warmer setting which is a life saver. After having this item I’m unable to go back to using the counter top bottle warmers. This is aesthetically appealing and an amazing product for all other hot water needs! Love my purchase.
