[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love the kettle, with all the boiling options, cool to the touch and finger print free, but at times it can be hard to push down on the button to turn the kettle on. Going to find out if this is manufacture problem, or I have a defective kettle

The design elements are perfect from both an aesthetic and physical perspective. It adds to the beauty of my space and even when filled with water it is easy to manage and pour. Water is heated and ready so quickly and the temperature options means whatever I am serving is brewed perfectly. The keep warm feature is my favorite bonus I have never had before with previous kettles. Best gift I have given to myself.
