Excellent kettle, that has all the features I could ever want (several temperature settings, keeping water warm to a temperature, safe to touch boiled kettle, fast to boil, great looking)
Replaced a Cuisinart, that was on its way out, which had comparable features.
What I love about this kettle is:
-There is no plastic that is in contact with the water
-You can't burn yourself by touching the kettle (I can't tell you how many times I accidentally burned myself on the Cuisinart, where only the handle was safe to touch)
-I love all the accommodations for baby needs (e.g. bottle warming).

It's only been a week or two and have not had the rust problem a couple of reviews mentioned. The Cuisinart went very rusty, by the by, I just never checked.

I appreciate being able to select the temperature of the water specially for the tea that I am preparing. However, my husband has grown to live it even more for the perfect temperature water for his French press coffee. Fast, efficient, beautiful design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spent a ridiculous amount of time researching electric kettles and this is the only one I could find that didn't have any plastic parts or silicone that would come into contact with the water. I would have preferred a glass kettle, but stainless was second best. One thing I will note is that there may have been an update. I had seen lots of mention of there being a removable plastic water filter tab. The unit I received had a stainless filter (yay!) and I may be wrong, but I dont believe this one is removable. I have played with it a bit, but am worried about putting too much pressure on it and breaking it. Water heat up time is great and I also love that the outside is warm and not scalding to the touch!

All stainless steel and 5 year warranty

What convinced me to purchase it: all stainless steel without seems and without plastic and with the Zwilling 5 year warranty. It looks great, can’t wait to try it out and to see if outer side actually does stay cool.
